of course after assessments are made of the property hard pipe and box drains may need to be added for the landscape. we will apply them where necessary, usually tying them into the dry rivers beds. We do not do the old “French” drainage systems as we find the amount of detritus that we get on the average here living in the forest overwhelms these systems and they just do not work in the long term for the residential landscape.
